If the school is registered as a limited company, we need the following documents;

ID/Passports Original & Copy – Director(s)
Kes 100 for the purchase of investment shares.
KRA Pin Copy – Director(s)
KRA Pin Copy – Company
Business Profile – Brief history, nature and operation of business (Can come later)
Certificate of incorporation Original & copy
Certified copy of the latest change of directors if applicable
Memorandum & Articles of Association
Tax compliance certificate
Board/directors’ resolution authorising the Opening of an account at Unaitas Sacco & clearly indicating the operating instructions.
Search Fees
Resolution to open an account should be certified by the County Education Officer for public schools

In the case the school is registered as a business name, below are details required;

ID/Passports Original & Copy –Owner(s)
KRA Pin Copy
Business Registration certificate
Business Profile – Brief history, nature and operation of business (Can come later)
For partnerships- Certified copy of partnership deed.
