Access your Unaitas account conveniently-wherever you are, at any time- using our Mo-Cash Mobile Banking Service. You can transact using your phone

CASH DEPOSIT

• Go to M-Pesa menu in your phone
• Select Lipa Na M-Pesa, Paybill Option
• Enter Unaitas Business Number 544700
• Then enter Your Unaitas Account Number that you want to deposit money to.
• Enter the amount you want to deposit
• Enter your M-Pesa PIN
• Confirm transaction and wait for an SMS Notification.

WITHDRAWAL

• Dial *493# and call and log in with your Mo-Cash PIN.
• On the USSD Menu, Select Withdraw Option
• On the next menu, Select Account Number to withdraw from.
• On the next menu, enter the amount to withdraw and continue
• Confirm the withdrawal.
• Wait for reply

MY ACCOUNT

• Balance Inquiry – Check the Balance in you accounts.
• Mini Statement – Get a mini statement of the last 5 transactions.

LOANS (MO-CASH ADVANCE)

• Loan Request – Get an instant loan to meet that need or emergency.
• Loan Payments – Repay your Mo-Cash Loan at any time and access another loan instantly before the loan maturity date.
• Loan Status – Check your loan Limit, Balance, and existing loan start and maturity date.
• T&Cs – This menu gives you information on the terms and conditions of the loan.

FUNDS TRANSFER

• My Accounts – Transfer Money to any of your Unaitas Account. E.g. From Savings to Shares or From Timiza to Jipange.
• Other Members – This enables you to transfer funds to other Unaitas Members Accounts

• Buy Safaricom Airtime from your account at no extra Charge.

• ATM– Apply or deactivate an ATM. If you lose your ATM Card, Use this option to deactivate it.
• Cheque – Reorder a Cheque or stop payment of a specific Cheque leaf(s). If you lose your Cheque book, or you want to defer the payment, use this option to deactivate it.
• SMS Notifications – Sign up for SMS Notifications.

CHANGE PIN

We advise you to change your Mo-Cash PIN from time to time. Ensure that you do not share your PIN with anyone. Your Mo-Cash PIN is your Secret.

ATM CARDS

We provide EMV Visa Branded ATM Cards for secure and convenient access to your account using your debit card through the Sacco link network and all Co-operative Bank ATM’s.

You can also access your account through any Visa enabled ATMs countrywide. Pay for your shopping, your fuel and much more at no extra cost, wherever the Visa card is accepted.

MONEYGRAM

You can now receive and send money internationally at any Unaitas Branch near you.
